THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT between Point Plus and the Customer. By accessing or using the Point Plus website, purchasing an Account, making a payment, or using any of our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies published on www.pointplus.vip.

Point Plus may suspend or terminate an Account where the Customer violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent or unauthorized activity, or uses the Services in a manner that may harm Point Plus, its customers, payment providers, or third-party service providers.

Point Plus may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on www.pointplus.vip. Customers are responsible for reviewing the current version of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy, and any specific terms applicable to a particular Service or booking, constitute the basis of the relationship between Point Plus and the Customer.

METHOD OF PAYMENT, CARD TYPES ACCEPTED AND CURRENCY

Point Plus accepts online payments using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in USD or other currencies displayed or agreed at the time of payment.

All payments are processed through authorized payment service providers and financial institutions.

The Customer confirms that the payment card used is valid, active, and authorized for the Customer’s use.

Point Plus does not normally store or retain full payment card information. Payment card information is processed through the applicable payment service provider in accordance with its security and compliance requirements.

POINT PLUS ACCOUNT

A Point Plus Account is a digital service that provides access to the services, benefits, rates, offers, and features associated with the Account purchased.

Each Account is valid for one (1) year from the activation date unless otherwise stated.

The Account does not renew automatically. No recurring payment or automatic charge will be made upon expiration.

If the Customer wishes to continue using the Account after expiration, the Customer must contact Point Plus and complete a new renewal payment.

Once the Account has been successfully activated and access to the purchased Services has been provided, the Account purchase is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided under the Point Plus Refund & Cancellation Policy.

HOTEL, FLIGHT AND CAR RENTAL SERVICES

Hotel reservations, flight reservations, and car rental services are subject to the specific terms, cancellation conditions, refund rules, availability, and policies of the applicable service provider.

The applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be presented to the Customer before confirming the relevant booking where reasonably available.

Point Plus does not guarantee that a particular booking will be refundable or cancellable where the applicable provider or fare conditions do not permit cancellation or refund.

RATES AND CURRENCY

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency before the Customer completes the transaction.

Prices may vary depending on availability, supplier pricing, taxes, exchange rates, promotional offers, and other applicable conditions.

The final price confirmed to the Customer at the time of purchase or booking will apply to the relevant transaction.

The Customer’s bank or card issuer may apply additional currency conversion or international transaction fees. Point Plus does not control such third-party fees.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in accordance with applicable Egyptian law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Point Plus makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of its Website and Services; however, certain Services depend on independent third-party providers, including hotels, airlines, car rental companies, payment providers, and booking partners.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Point Plus shall not be liable for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from acts or omissions of independent third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Point Plus Accounts become non-cancellable and non-refundable after successful activation and provision of access to the purchased Services, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved under the Point Plus Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Hotel reservations, flight reservations, and car rental services are subject to the specific cancellation and refund conditions applicable to each booking.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Point Plus is committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding refunds, cancellations, and payment-related requests.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions applicable to Point Plus Accounts and the travel services available through www.pointplus.vip.

By purchasing an Account or booking any Service through Point Plus, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.

1. POINT PLUS ACCOUNT

A Point Plus Account is a digital service that provides the Customer with access to the services, benefits, rates, offers, and features associated with the Account purchased.

The Account is activated after successful payment and completion of any required verification procedures.

Once the Account has been successfully activated and access to the purchased digital Services and benefits has been provided, the Account purchase becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Point Plus under this Policy.

The Customer’s decision not to use the Account or its available benefits after activation does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

2. ANNUAL ACCOUNT TERM

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a Point Plus Account is valid for one (1) year from the activation date.

The Account does not renew automatically.

No recurring payment or automatic charge will be made to the Customer’s payment card upon expiration.

If the Customer wishes to continue using the Account after expiration, the Customer must contact Point Plus and complete a new renewal payment.

Renewal fees are subject to the pricing and terms applicable at the time of renewal.

3. BEFORE ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

If a payment has been successfully completed but the Account has not yet been activated, the Customer may contact Point Plus and request a review of the transaction.

Point Plus will review the request based on the circumstances of the transaction, the status of the Account, and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

A refund is not considered approved unless Point Plus confirms the approval in writing.

4. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION AND SERVICE DELIVERY

For purposes of this Policy, successful activation of the Account and provision of access to the purchased digital Services constitute delivery of the Account service.

Upon activation, the Customer receives access to the Services and benefits associated with the purchased Account.

Point Plus may maintain records of Account activation, service access, communications, transactions, and other relevant information to verify delivery of the purchased Service.

5. HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Hotel reservations are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions displayed for the specific reservation before the Customer confirms the booking.

Different hotels, room types, rates, dates, and promotional offers may have different cancellation conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation conditions before confirming a reservation.

Where a hotel reservation is identified as Non-Refundable, the amount paid for that reservation will not be refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the relevant Service provider.

Where a reservation is eligible for cancellation or refund, the applicable refund amount will be determined according to the cancellation terms of that specific reservation.

6. FLIGHT RESERVATIONS

Flight tickets are subject to the fare rules, cancellation conditions, change restrictions, and refund policies of the applicable airline and ticket type.

If a ticket is refundable, any refund will be subject to the applicable airline rules, fare conditions, and permitted fees or deductions.

If a ticket is identified as non-refundable, the ticket amount will generally not be refundable except where required by applicable law, airline policy, or the specific fare conditions.

Point Plus cannot guarantee a refund where the applicable airline or fare rules do not permit one.

7. CAR RENTAL SERVICES

Car rental bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund terms of the applicable car rental provider.

Additional charges, deposits, insurance requirements, damage charges, fuel charges, traffic penalties, or other fees imposed by the car rental provider may be subject to separate terms and are not automatically refundable by Point Plus.

Customers should review the applicable rental conditions before confirming the booking.

8. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES AND SPECIAL RATES

Certain services, promotional offers, discounted rates, special-event rates, last-minute bookings, early-booking offers, vouchers, and other promotional products may be offered on a non-refundable or non-cancellable basis.

Where applicable, the relevant restriction will be displayed before the Customer confirms the transaction.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing the applicable terms before completing the purchase.

9. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT PAYMENTS

If a Customer believes that the same transaction has been charged more than once due to a technical or processing error, the Customer should contact Point Plus as soon as possible.

Point Plus will review the relevant transaction records.

If a duplicate payment is confirmed to have resulted from a processing error attributable to Point Plus or its payment processing arrangements, the applicable duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to verification.

10. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

If a Customer believes that a transaction was made without authorization, the Customer should contact Point Plus immediately and notify the relevant bank or card issuer where appropriate.

Point Plus may request information or documentation necessary to investigate the transaction.

The investigation may consider transaction records, Account information, verification records, communications, payment records, and other relevant evidence.

11. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

Customers requesting a refund or cancellation review should contact Point Plus through the official contact information published on www.pointplus.vip.

The request should include, where applicable: Customer full name; Order ID; Reference Number; Account ID; Transaction date; Amount paid; Reason for the request; Supporting documentation, where applicable.

Point Plus may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the transaction or evaluate the request.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically mean that the refund has been approved.

12. REFUND APPROVAL

Where a refund is approved, Point Plus will confirm the approved refund amount and any applicable conditions.

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

Point Plus does not normally refund payments to a different card, bank account, or third party unless required by law or expressly approved for a legitimate reason.

13. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund has been approved and submitted for processing, the time required for the funds to appear in the Customer’s account may depend on the payment processor, acquiring bank, card network, and issuing bank.

Point Plus does not control the processing time of the Customer’s bank or card issuer.

14. CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATE

Where a refund is issued for a transaction originally processed in a foreign currency, the amount credited to the Customer’s account may differ from the original local-currency amount due to exchange-rate fluctuations or fees imposed by the Customer’s bank or card issuer.

Point Plus is not responsible for differences caused solely by currency exchange-rate movements or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

15. CANCELLATION BY POINT PLUS

Point Plus may cancel or suspend an order, Account, or Service where payment cannot be verified; fraudulent or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected; incorrect or misleading information has been provided; the Customer has materially violated the Terms & Conditions; the requested Service is unavailable; a clear pricing or technical error has occurred; or cancellation is required by law, a Service provider, or a competent authority.

Where Point Plus cancels a transaction for reasons attributable to Point Plus and the Service has not been delivered, the Customer will be informed of any applicable refund or alternative arrangement.

16. HOTEL, AIRLINE, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE CHANGES

Point Plus may depend on third-party providers for hotels, airlines, car rentals, and other travel Services.

If a third-party provider cancels or materially changes a confirmed Service, Point Plus will make reasonable efforts to assist the Customer in accordance with the applicable provider’s rules.

Any refund, credit, rebooking, or alternative arrangement will be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and conditions.

17. CUSTOMER NO-SHOW

Failure to use a booked Service without cancelling it in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions may be treated as a No-Show.

No-show bookings may be non-refundable depending on the applicable hotel, airline, car rental provider, fare, rate, or booking conditions.

Customers should review the specific conditions applicable to their booking.

18. CHANGES TO A BOOKING

Requests to modify an existing reservation are subject to the terms of the applicable Service provider and availability.

A modification may result in additional charges or fare differences.

Point Plus does not guarantee that every reservation can be modified after confirmation.

19. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a Customer has a concern regarding a payment, the Customer is encouraged to contact Point Plus first so that the company has an opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the matter.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Point Plus may provide relevant records to the applicable payment processor, acquiring bank, issuing bank, card network, financial institution, or other authorized party.

Such records may include Order information, Reference Number, Order ID, Invoice, Payment records, Account activation records, Service delivery records, Customer communications, acceptance of Terms & Conditions, acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy, Booking records, Verification records, and other relevant documentation.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict any rights available to the Customer under applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment network.

20. REFUND EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, Point Plus will comply with the applicable legal requirement.

21. POLICY UPDATES

Point Plus may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its Services, business practices, payment procedures, or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on www.pointplus.vip.
